Quick question about spring: the front spring divider looks long with the tall side up, leaving little travel before the main spring engages, should I trim it for more flex? I mostly trail ride, light crawl, and hit some faster sections, I am running RZR Aid tenders.

You can trim it a bit for some extra initial flex, but make sure to leave enough material to keep the preload intact and avoid coil bind. Just take your time and test it out as you progress.

I'm really against these kinds of mods, but I know there are situations where we must do them. Cut a bit, install, test and see if it's good. Once you reach a point where you're happy with the result you can stop cutting.
