Iron Mountain Resort review?

My family and I are visiting relatives in Georgia and I'm thinking of taking the kids to Iron Mountain Resort for some off-roading. I have my own UTV but I won't be able to take mine on this trip for practical reasons. I'm wondering if anyone has visited this off-road park and can give me ideas about the available rentals, trail options for relatively beginners (my kids, not me), and just your overall experience camping, especially considering the atmosphere and their amenities. Your insights will be helpful so we can decide if we're adding this to our trip. Thanks!

Yeah I think its great for families, they have beginner friendly green trails perfect for kids, and UTV rentals are available but book early since they fill up fast, been there with my sister's family camping before, options range from primitive spots to cabins, and the vibe is pretty chill and family friendly

I'd be cautious about trail difficulty and your kids' comfort level, some parks list "beginner" but can be more challenging than expected, have you checked if Iron Mountain offers dedicated family-friendly routes?
